Day 19 – Something you regret
I regret my tutor quitting. the thing is, I was an immature elementary schooler and I didn’t want a tutor. It isn’t one of those tutors that help you catch up; it’s one of those Asian tutors that helps you advance. I didn’t do my homework at all (because well.. it wasn’t part of my grade or anything) which I think, led her to quit: my lack of motivation.
I wonder how she’s doing now. The guilt has been in my heart for a couple of years.
I’m really sorry Ms. Brown, I was quite young and foolish. Thanks for helping me get three years ahead in math / to middle school math between 3rd-5th grade. I hope you can visit sometime.. even though it’s been over 6 years now and I think you live in Orange County.
